Shipping policy

We pack every order fresh and dispatch it within 1–2 working days. Bulk and custom orders can take 7–10 working days.

Delivery charges

  • Tamil Nadu and Puducherry: free on prepaid orders from ₹499; ₹49 below that.
  • Rest of India: free on prepaid orders from ₹999; ₹89 below that.
  • Cash on delivery: delivery is always charged, plus a ₹49 COD fee.

Order values are after discounts.

Cash on delivery

  • Available on orders from ₹399 to ₹2,000, with a ₹49 COD fee.
  • Our 250 g and 500 g laddu boxes ship prepaid only, so they reach you fresh.
  • We may confirm COD orders by WhatsApp or SMS before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Courier partners

  • Prepaid orders in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry: ST Courier.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, and all orders to the rest of India: courier partners through Shiprocket.
  • We may change the courier when a partner cannot serve your PIN code.

Delivery time

  • Tamil Nadu and Puducherry: 1–3 days after dispatch.
  • Other southern states: 4–7 days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 6–10 days after dispatch. Remote areas, including the North East and Jammu and Kashmir, can take longer.

You will get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Address and delays
Please check your address and PIN code at checkout; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. Weather, strikes or courier disruptions can delay delivery; we will keep you updated.
