Flakes of seven millets (68%): sorghum (jowar), ragi, pearl millet, kodo, barnyard, foxtail and little millet, with pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, black raisins, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds and dried blackberries.

Does it contain added sugar?

There is no added sugar or honey in the Original, but the dried blackberries are sweetened, so we do not call it sugar-free.

How do I eat millet muesli?

Pour into a bowl with cold or warm milk, curd or plant milk and let it sit for a minute. Top with fresh fruit.

What sizes are available?

100 g and 400 g. It keeps for 6 months unopened; close the zipper tightly after use. Contains tree nuts.
