Ingredients

Barley, white sorghum, kodo millet, foxtail millet, pearl millet, finger millet, green gram, black chickpeas, almond, groundnut, flax seeds, red chilli, fenugreek, garlic, dried ginger, salt.

Allergens: Contains gluten, peanuts (groundnut) and tree nuts (almond).

How to cook

Soak 4 spoons of mix in ½ cup water for 10 minutes. Boil 2 cups of water, add the mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Add boiled vegetables (onion, tomato, carrot, beans, peas, sweetcorn) to taste; garnish with coriander and mint.
