Ingredients

Sprouted: black gram, black soybean, finger millet, green gram, green peas, horse gram, maize, pearl millet, red chickpeas, red sorghum, red soybean, wheat, white sorghum, white soybean. Non-sprouted: almond, cashew, barley, peanut, barnyard millet, black rice, brown rice, flaxseed, foxtail millet, kodo millet, little millet, red rice. Other: dried ginger, cardamom.

Allergens: Contains gluten, peanuts, soy and tree nuts.

How to use

Cook into a traditional porridge with water or milk; sweeten to taste with jaggery or sugar. Add dry fruits or coconut milk if you like.
